Amber Kline, LCSW
Deputy Director/Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Kline has worked in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. She graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Services and went on to receive her Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University.
Ms. Kline has comprehensive clinical experience working with children, families, and adults with varying mental health, substance use and intellectual/developmental needs.
She began her employment at Columbia County Mental Health Center in 2007 as the Mental Health/Juvenile Justice Program Coordinator. She went on to serve many roles within the department including a clinician on the Child and Family Team, a clinician on the Crisis/Assessment Team, Utilization Review/Quality Insurance Committee Chair, and a supervisor of social work student interns. Ms. Kline has also served as the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program Coordinator since 2014 and as a Clinical Supervisor since 2016. Ms. Kline was appointed as the Deputy Director/Director of Clinical Services in March 2021.
